Memphis C. S. Lewis Society Minutes of December 10, 2000 meeting Anderson Home - Midtown Memphis Present: not recorded. Dennis Beets opened the meeting with prayer. Barry Anderson announced that a new film production of "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" is scheduled for release in 2004. The group enjoyed the fellowship of shared food and drink. The group spent the evening reading and sharing their favorite passages from Lewis' works. The next meeting will be on January 14 and will feature a review of a recently published book, A Retreat with C. S. Lewis by Robert Morneau. Submitted by Barry Anderson |
