Memphis C. S. Lewis Society Minutes of July 13, 2003 meeting Brockwell Room - Memphis Theological Seminary Present: Barry Anderson, Dennis Beets, Dustin Boulden, Tom Boulden, Bill Cupo, Janet Cupo, Alex Gray, Ann Marty, Bill Marty, David Twombly, Owen White. Dennis Beets opened the meeting with prayer. The program was a discussion of two essays in Christian Reflections, "The Psalms" and "The Language of Religion." The next meeting will be on August 10. The topic will be the essays "Petitionary Prayer: A Problem Without an Answer" and "Modern Theology and Biblical Criticism" from Christian Reflections. Submitted by Barry Anderson |
